Technical description:
A-rackss are means of transport that have been tried and tested over many years and guarantee a high level of safety for operating personnel and cargo. The construction is a framework made of rolled profiles and can be adapted to customer requirements.

As the main benefit for users of R-TECH preload technology, we offer the highest tested safety for workers during loading and unloading. Particular attention is paid to passive protection for the produced components in order to avoid costly rework or price reductions in advance through correct transport.

4-metre A-racks

  • Dimensions: l = 4,000 mm, w = 2,400 mm

  • Crane lifting eyes: 2 pcs. – can only be used for empty transport

  • Stacker bags: 2 pcs. – can be used for manipulation of fully loaded A-frame

  • Wooden support: 40 mm coniferous wood, impregnated against mold, roughly sawn, fastened with countersuck screws

  • Surface: primed and painted, color in RAL according to customer requirements

6-metre A-racks

  • Dimensions: l = 6,000 mm, w = 2,400 mm

  • Max. load: 25 tons

  • Lashing points: 10 pcs.

  • Crane lifting eyes: 2 pcs. – can only be used for empty transport

  • Stacker bags: 2 pcs. – can be used for manipulating a fully loaded A-frame

  • Wooden support: 40 mm coniferous wood, impregnated against mold, roughly sawn, fastened with countersuck screws

  • Surface: primed and painted, colour in RAL according to customer requirements

A-racks with telescopic feet system

The telescopic feet have the advantage of a swap body system
